Paola soon began her job as an executive in the company and took on local and international roles, for consumer goods companies and for IBM.
She was Senior Manager in management consulting firms such as Galgano and PwC Consulting, helping clients to transform strategic objectives into results, becoming the bearer of rigorous methodologies and coordinating project teams.
